To request a return for store credit, please send a message using the Contact Us form on our website and provide your order number. We will send you further instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging. Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently we do not ship to international destinations.  Please subscribe to receive updates as this may change in the future.

 

 

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

 

We take pride in the quality of our products and services and strive to ensure that every item you receive is in excellent condition.  However, if you are not fully satisfied with the product that you have received, we are happy to accept return and offer a refund in the form of store credit. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item (“Return Period”).  The products in the order that you wish to return must be unused, have no signs of wear, damage, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped with tags intact.  Please refer to our "Refunds Policy" for more information.

Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?

Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. This helps Affirm verify it’s really you who is creating your account and signing in.

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status.  Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

 

How can I edit my order?

 

Once your order is shipped we are unable to make changes to the order or change shipping address.  In this case, please contact the courier provided in tracking email to make any address changes.  For whatever reason you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order once it has been delivered.  Please refer to our Returns policy.

What are your delivery options?

 

Guided Rebel offers Standard and Expedited shipping options.  Standard shipping is 5 business days once order is shipped, Expedited shipping is 2 business days once order is shipped. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided at checkout.  You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.  Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order.

Can I pay off my purchase early with Affirm? 

 

Yes! There’s no penalty for paying early.

 

How do I make my payments with Affirm?

You can make or schedule payments at affirm.com or in the Affirm app for iOS or Android. Affirm will send you email and text reminders before payments are due.

 

Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?

Yes—our refund policy applies to purchases you bought with Affirm.  We will be able to return item to receive store credit.

Does checking my eligibility with Affirm affect my credit score?

No—your credit score won’t be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility. If you decide to buy with Affirm, this may impact your credit score. You can find more information in Affirm’s Help Center.
