RETURN POLICY
This Return Policy shall be applicable when you make any purchases on www.guidedrebel.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Guided Rebel.
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY
By placing an order with us you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
2. PRICING DISCLAIMER
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Guided Rebel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Guided Rebel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product or service. We may also update the prices of our products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.
3. RETURN AND REFUND
a) Return Period: We take pride in the quality of our products and services and strive to ensure that every item you receive is in excellent condition. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product that you have received, we are happy to accept return and offer a refund in form of store credit. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item (“Return Period”). To request a return within this time frame, please send a message using the Contact Us form on our website and provide your order number, we will send you further instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note, you cannot return your order after the expiration of the Return Period.
b) Condition of Returned Orders: The products in the order that you wish to return must be unused, have no signs of wear, damage, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped. Tags must be attached. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the refund request.
c) Shipping Cost and Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the associated shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience, ensuring a hassle-free return process. However, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. We recommend carefully packaging the item to be returned.. Guided Rebel is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment.
d) Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process a refund in form of store credit.
e) Refunds for Returned Order: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process a refund in the form of store credit. The store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the item, minus the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
f) Store Credit: Upon receiving the returned item and completing the refund process, we will issue the store credit. This store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website. You will receive an email notification with the details of the store credit, including its value and expiration date, if applicable.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy in no way restricts your statutory right of any return as per laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
